1961 - Canteen is awarded vending contract at Cessna Aircraft.
1961 - Slowing economy forces Mr. Grady to sell franchise
to Canteen Corp.
1964 - Wichita franchise is bought back from Canteen Corp.
by Jim Grady and Ralph Jett of Tulsa.
1965 - Canteen is awarded vending contract at The Coleman
Co.
1966 - Canteen is awarded food service contract at Cessna.
1970 - Canteen is awarded vending contract at
The Boeing Co.
1972 - Canteen purchases two local independent
vending companies.
1976 - Mr. Grady and two sons, Jerry and Dennis, purchase Mr.
Jett's interest in the franchise.
1978 - Canteen purchases local office coffee company.
1985 - Canteen is awarded food and vending contract at Gates Lear Jet.
1988 - Canteen is awarded concession contract at Kansas Coliseum.

1991 - Canteen is awarded food service contract at Sedgwick County Adult
Detention facility.
1992 - Canteen establishes an inmate commissary program.
1995 - Canteen is awarded
food and vending contract at Cessna Single
Engine facility in Independence.
1995 - Canteen awarded concession contract at
WSU - ICAA.
1998 - Canteen awarded concession and catering contract at Century II
Convention Center.

2000 - Canteen purchases Commercial vending company.
2000 - Canteen builds new 18,000 sq. ft. headquarters building in west
Wichita.
2005 -
Canteen awarded contract for Vending and Food Service at Cessna Aircraft Co.
